Lucrarea se referă la iluzia că toate lucrurile sunt cumva conectate şi coincidenţele au o semnificaţie personală, într-un delir ce ţine de tulburările psihotice. Ideea că D-zeu trimite mesaje deghizate ca întâmplări irelevante este reprezentată de un triunghi în centrul imaginii, ţinând titlul lucrării. Personajele şi liniile de fundal (ce semnifică evenimentele din viaţa reală) par conectate, dar la o privire mai atentă nu sunt. The work deals with the delusion that all things are somehow connected and coincidences have a personal significance, in a delirium related to psychotic illnesses. The idea that God is sending messages disguised as irrelevant events is represented by a triangle in the centre of the image, holding the title of the work. The characters and the background lines (which signify the events in real life) may seem connected, but on closer inspection are not.
